Our website

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., based in the United States. Pages are delivered from Vercel's servers around the world, and our online forms are processed on its servers in Sydney. Our website does not set cookies, and we do not run Google Analytics or other tracking scripts on this site. We do not collect personal information simply from browsing, although Vercel may briefly record technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from misuse. Online Giving - Church Center

Our online giving is handled through Church Center, a platform operated by Planning Center Online, Inc., based in the United States.

When you submit a form through Church Center, the information you provide is:

• Transmitted to and stored on Planning Center Online servers in the United States
• Used by our congregation for the purpose stated on the form (recording your donation and issuing a receipt)
• Not sold or shared with third parties
• Protected under Planning Center Online's own security and privacy practices

By submitting a form through Church Center, you acknowledge that your information will be processed and stored in the United States. Planning Center Online's privacy policy is available at planningcenter.com/privacy.

Contact form

We collect your name, email address and message to respond to your enquiry. Your enquiry is sent by email to our office inbox using Resend, an email delivery service operated by Resend, Inc. in the United States, and is kept in our Google Workspace account. We do not add you to a mailing list without your separate consent.

Mailing list

If you sign up to our weekly email, we collect your first name, last name and email address, and record your consent. Your details are held by Mailchimp, operated by Intuit Inc. in the United States, which emails you to confirm your sign-up before you receive anything else. We also record your name, email address and the date you joined in People Care, our pastoral care system, so our team knows who is on the list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Mailchimp's privacy policy is available at intuit.com/privacy/statement.

Event registration

We collect your name, contact details, and any other information requested on the registration form to manage your attendance. For events involving children, we may collect information about dietary requirements or medical needs.

PLANTED registration

When you register for PLANTED, we collect your name, email address and any questions you include, to confirm your place and answer your questions. Your registration is stored in People Care, our pastoral care system, which is hosted by Vercel Inc. with its database provided by Neon, both based in the United States.

Online giving

We collect your name, contact details, and payment information to process your donation and issue a tax receipt where applicable. Payment card details are processed securely by Church Center's payment provider and are not stored by the congregation.

What We Do with Your Information

Information collected through our website and forms is used only for the purpose for which it was submitted. We do not use it for direct marketing without your consent. We retain it in accordance with our Record-Keeping Policy. To protect our forms from automated spam, we keep a scrambled code made from your IP address with a PLANTED registration. It is used only to limit repeated submissions and cannot be turned back into your address.

Your Rights

You may:

• Request access to personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request that we delete information where we no longer have a lawful basis to retain it
